Collioure

Today we took a drive over to Collioure again. We bought goodies at the market, then settled ourselves down at an outdoor café while the kids played on the beach.

 

Then we explored the cliff walk:

 Charlie and Sophie climbed a high stone wall:

And we found more ancient battlements:

Can Marty

On Saturday night we went out to a restaurant in Thuir (Can Marty) with friends, Mark and Caroline, who are visiting from the UK.

Even Sophie and Charlie tried a taste of the local red:

Puppies (again)

While the rest of the gang were skiing, Sophie and I took a walk through the fields to see the puppies again. We found lots of blossom (not peach this time):

and the puppies (just six left now) were as boisterous as ever:
